This package is not valid for groups. A group is considered to be more than one vacation package traveling together or meeting at the same resort on any of the same travel dates.

All reservations are subject to availability. Reserving with 45 to 60 days is recommended for a low season and a minimum of 90 days for a high season

If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation you may do so 45 days prior to arrival with no penalty. 30 days prior to arrival a $75.00 USD penalty will apply. Less than 30 days will have a penalty of 1-night resort rack rate (price may vary)

You can change your dates if you provide us with at least 30 days prior your arrival.

You can contact our reservations department by phone or email requesting your reservation. They will need your traveling dates, the destination, and name and ages of all people traveling. We will send you the available resorts on the dates you requested via email so you can choose the one that you like the most. Once you decide, we will request your reservation to the resort (in some cases a signed request and Id’s will be asked). The resort will get in touch with you to confirm your reservation and all the information we sent. You will receive your confirmation letter in your email once your reservation fee is paid.

Extra adults and children can be added with an extra cost, in some cases, a room upgrade will be obligatory to accommodate a bigger group. Prices for extras may vary from resort to resort.

You can extend up to 7 nights. Prices for the extra nights may vary from resort to resort.

You will pay your reservation fee until your reservation is confirmed.
